Redefine Conference

Supportworks was going into their 3rd Annual Redefine Conference when they reached out to us. They would have nearly 1,000 attendees from all over the world walk through the doors of the CHI Health Center with dozens of breakout sessions and rooms to navigate. Our goal was to bring an eco-friendly solution to the space that would help guide people throughout their time at the conference.

We created four main pieces that brought the Redefine Conference branding to life. They included spatial dividers and brand pieces that would also decrease the noise throughout the space.

The conference wanted to engage the attendees as well so we designed a piece that would hold posters for people to pick up as they go. Since attendees were coming from all over the world we created a custom lego map and table that brought them together and let them chart where their trip started.

The final piece guided people down a long corridor and was included a light that reinforced the branding of the conference. You’ll see all four of these pieces below.
